A wine bar and restaurant, MASSETO in Salcedo Village, Makati City allows wine lovers to enjoy their favorite drop in the comfort of plush, cosy interiors that come in wine colours such as burgundy, rosé and champagne. Customers can select from a menu of serious vintages and pair their choice with delicious dishes from executive chef Tippi Tambunting, such as chorizo puffs with aioli, terrine of foie gras with pear compote, and crispy leg of duck with potatoes. The top bottles are housed in a wine cave that used to be a bank vault – now that’s what you call a secure private collection.
